A team of seasoned professionals working every day to improve your gaming experience
With 12 years of experience in tech and gaming, 1kbd was founded with a vision to build a world-class platform for gamers in Bangladesh.
A security specialist from the banking and fintech sector. 1kbd's payment infrastructure and data protection systems operate under his oversight.
With experience at international gaming organizations, they play a key role in shaping the right game portfolio for the Bangladesh market.
Eight years of customer service experience. Under her leadership, 1kbd's 24/7 support team resolves thousands of member issues every single day.
Online gaming isn't new to Bangladesh — but a gaming platform built in Bangladesh, for Bangladeshis, is. That's exactly the gap 1kbd set out to fill. It's not just about the games; it's about identity and connection — something that truly resonates with the cultural reality of Bangladesh.
When the founders of 1kbd sat down to build the platform, their first question was: where does the average person in Bangladesh hit a wall? Three answers came up: the language barrier, payment complexity, and lack of trust. 1kbd launched by addressing all three — and that work continues every day.
Running a fully Bangla-language gaming platform is no small feat. It's not enough to simply translate the menus — game rules, payment instructions, support conversations, and promotional notices all need to be presented in Bangla, in a way that actually makes sense to a Bangladeshi audience. The 1kbd content team does exactly that every single day, and the response from members makes it clear just how much of a difference it makes.
Payments were a real barrier in Bangladesh. Many people stayed away from online gaming simply because of the hassle of international credit cards or bank wire transfers. From day one, 1kbd adopted bKash and Nagad as its primary payment methods. Now a member can open bKash on their phone and deposit in seconds — and when they win, the money comes back within minutes. That accessibility is what sets 1kbd apart.
Trust is the hardest question to answer. Lack of transparency on online gaming platforms is a global problem. 1kbd addresses it in three ways — first, the RNG of every game is regularly audited by independent international third parties; second, all payment details are clearly visible in each member's dashboard; third, the support team responds promptly to any complaint and ensures it gets a fair resolution.
Bangladesh's cultural identity is clearly reflected in 1kbd's games section. The Fishing Game series is the best example of this. Fishing is a livelihood, a pastime, and a cultural tradition in this country — building a game around that familiar world makes it easy for players to connect. In the same spirit, the cricket betting section gives special attention to Bangladesh Tigers matches, because those games carry the weight of our national passion.
Responsible gaming is a core principle at 1kbd. We recognize that gaming may not be equally safe for everyone. That's why 1kbd offers deposit limits, self-exclusion, and gaming break options. A strict age verification process is in place to ensure no one under 18 can open an account. These commitments are what make 1kbd not just a business, but a responsible organization.
Looking ahead, 1kbd has even bigger plans. Work is underway to deliver more Bangladesh-focused content, deeper ties with local sporting events, and a faster, more seamless payment experience. The goal is clear — to cement 1kbd's position as the first choice for gamers across Bangladesh.
At the end of the day, 1kbd is a platform that is still learning, still growing. Every piece of member feedback — every complaint, every compliment — fuels its continued improvement. Your participation in this journey is what keeps 1kbd moving forward.
